How to inspect a page?
To index a website page, one just need to paste their website page url on “Inspect any URL in https://yourwebsitename.com” in status bar and hit enter. Now you have complete information about the requested page. To index a page, just press Request Index button.
Many users gets a message “URL not in property”. This simply means your website which is referred to as property is not added in search console.
How to add a website to the Google search console?
To add a property/website to the google search console, just click on your website on the left-hand side corner. A drop-down menu will appear and select “Add a property”. Just follow the steps thereafter

Now coming to main fix. First thing first, see whether the entered URL is same as the website selected. Please make sure you have selected right property to which the post belongs to.
If you are sure about property name and post, and the Google search console still reports “URL not in property”, in this case, you need to add your website again. Google has automatically migrated all your property from the old webmaster tool to the Search console but for some users, it seems that the migration of property name is not clean.
