Offload and reinstall the App showing error. Here are steps to do it:
- Go to iPhone Storage
Open the Settings app, go to General > iPhone Storage.
- Look for the App showing this error
From the list of Apps that are being shown, find the App that is showing the issue.
- Click “Offload”
After tapping on the App, tap Offload. This step won't delete your App Data.
- Tap the icon of the app you just offloaded
After offloading the App, go to the home screen and tap on the icon of the App you just offloaded. This will download the App from App Store and your App will reinstall.
Restart Your Device
Here are steps to restart your device:
For iPhone 8 and older models:
- Press and hold the on/off button until you get the slider “slide to power off”.
- turn off the iPhone or iPad by sliding.
- Wait a few seconds till the phone is fully turned OFF.
- Now turn ON your device
For iPhone x and later models:
- Press and hold the on/off button and volume button until you get the slider “slide to power off”.
- turn off the iPhone or iPad by sliding.
- Wait a few seconds till the phone is fully turned OFF.
- Now turn ON your device
Sign Out and In of Apple ID
Try to Sign Out and In of Apple ID on your iPhone or iPad. Sometimes there is an internal error and you may need to Sign Out and In from your Apple ID. For this follow these steps below:
- Go to Settings > Apple ID Profile > iTunes & App Stores
- Scroll down and Tap Sign Out.
- You may need to enter your password and store a local backup of files.
- Enter your Apple ID and password to sign back in
- After this Try to Download Apps.
