Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
To fix the AirPods Pro sound problem, first, you need to update or install the latest iOS 13.5 version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. This is because the latest update contains bug fixes. There might be some issues related to connectivity or noise cancellation, as these are recently launched.

While lid is open, Reset your AirPods Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on the back of the case for about 10-15 seconds. Wait until you see the status light flashing amber.

With lid open, reconnect your AirPods Pro by placing your AirPods close to your device and follow the on screen steps on your device.
