You only need to manually enter the CVV to continue with the purchase.
Important Note to save credit card information in Safari to autofill it on iPhone or iPad
Note: The three-digit code that you find on the back of your card will never enter the autofill system. Keychain never has access to such sensitive information such as the CVV code and you would not be able to make a purchase.
Next time when you find a payment form while shopping online, Safari will provide the credit or debit card information. Some data such as CVV number and the card pin is important to remember. This data is saved in a totally encrypted form and without Apple being able to access it.
